You are entitled to a full refund for up to 30 days from the date the Service Contract is Signed.

Please note that you'll only be charged after you have signed the service completion form and approved of the service - not upfront.

Please note that you'll also be given free service/repair/support for 30 days after completion of service agreement as signed by you.

If you are unhappy with the services provided, or have trouble shoot problems that you want resolved through another vendor you can still claim your refund in under 30 days in full.
